Collagen Supplement recommendation

There are many benefits to adding a collagen supplement to your diet but finding one that suits your lifestyle does take some time and research, which is what I did before choosing Live Well.

I’ve been taking Live Well Collagen Peptides for over one year now and have noticed my skin feeling firmer and my nails feeling a lot stronger. I also have noticed that I don’t look as tired as I did before adding collagen supplements to my daily routine. As for major joint relief, I can’t say I have noticed a difference as I haven’t experience any yet. However, I am treating this as preventive care for future joint relief.

What to Consider when Choosing a Collagen Supplement

  • Choose collagen from a reputable source
  • Make sure it comes from grass-fed, pasture-raised animals or wild-caught fish
  • It should not include additional fillers or additives

Why I chose Live Well

  • Promotes hair, skin, and nail health
  • Supports bone and joint health
  • Improves gut and immune function
  • Its main ingredient is collagen in the form of types I and III
  • Contains 20 amino acids
  • It dissolves easily and it’s odorless

Beyond Collagen Capsules

If you are not a fan of collagen powder due to taste, smell, or consistency I would recommend getting the capsules as an alternative instead.

Have you used collagen peptide before? Do you have a personal favorite you want to share with us? I Would love to read some of your thoughts.

As with any supplement, do make sure to do your research and if you have additional questions ask your doctor. This review / recommendation is based on my own personal experience.
